Refund/Exchange Policy

You can request a refund of the product/clothing by letting us know at .  You have 15 days from the time you receive your package to return an item for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  


To start an exchange, you can contact us at .  If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.  We will notify you once we’ve received item(s) and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. Also in very few cases, an item may become no longer available or sold out. We are more than happy to refund you at full price and explain to you via email why an item is no longer available.  Of course, our site is updated daily to keep an accurate account of inventory and what’s available.

Damages and issues  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
